I contacted Andy and his team at CMME following a promotion by the PCG in October 2009. In a time of uncertain house prices and rationed mortgages, my expectation (prior to contact) of finding an affordable mortgage, with only 1 year's worth of limited company accounts, was low. However, CMME found a selection of competitive products from a number of providers.
