Case Study
Simon Martin: “I started out as a Mortgage Consultant and have now moved into a role which supports the business in a Training & Compliance capacity. I really enjoy coaching and developing my colleagues and am lucky to now have the opportunity to see Financial Services from a different perspective because of the opportunity CMME presented me with. The behaviours adopted by CMME go far beyond what I have experienced at similar establishments and I look forward to playing a pivotal role in the company achieving its future aspirations.”
