As a Para-Planner you will be required to work alongside our top performing consultants while delivering exceptional customer service to all clients.
It is essential to be able to offer a high level of client care and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
The position will suit a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual looking for an opportunity to learn and develop in a career-driven environment.
You will provide full administration support to one top-performing mortgage consultant on a daily basis, in addition to liaising with external service providers. The ideal candidate will exercise the high standards demanded by the market and have high attention to detail to all enquiries. Delivering an outstanding client experience must be the daily focus of successful candidates.
To be successful in this role you must hold full CeMAP qualifications as you will be required to provide detailed guidance around applications for mortgages and protection. You should also have the ability to work on your own, or as part of a small team, and be able to build strong relationships between your mortgage consultant, client services, clients and relevant external partners.
